To create a dynamic reveal of the new Discovery Sport mid-cycle refresh for 30 media and 30 customers. Themed around a woodland adventure to demonstrate the capability and versatility of the vehicle. Reveal show to be aligned with the press embargo being lifted at 21:00 on 21st May.
With a limited budget and 3 week lead time we curated a communal dining experience with a difference. Guests were transported into a woodland glade outside London where a celebrity chef served hearty BBQ fare under canvas. The dynamic reveal took place at sunset with a choreographed sound and light show. The special effects were powerful enough to require permission from air traffic control at nearby Luton airport.
