The brief

To provide logistical support for the Classic Defender Works V8 Trophy event, UK edition. This three-day competition celebrates the formidable expedition legacy of the original Land Rover Defender with a range of challenges. Inspired by famous global adventures and contests spanning more than seven decades of Land Rover production, the event was hosted at Eastnor Castle, Defender’s spiritual home.

Our approach

We seamlessly coordinated all aspects of the guest hospitality programme and provided a dedicated team for onsite support. Twenty-five teams took part in a range of jaw dropping off-road driving challenges to test their skills and endurance across three gruelling days. The guest hospitality experience included a luxury base camp of tipis and glamping pods, as well as a glamorous gala dinner and prize giving.
