To design, coordinate and deliver a conference and awards dinner for 450 Retailer staff. To source an alternative UK destination to London with five-star service and goodtransport links.
We chose culture-rich Dublin to host this complex two day programme. We built and managed a dedicated registration site that also allowed guests to book spa slots and hair appointments prior to the awards dinner. Our team coordinated the travel, accommodation and logistics for guests, produced the conference sessions and dinner celebration. We chose local, independent suppliers where possible, with Dubliner Craig Doyle as host for the awards. As a final surprise and delight, we produced a magazine after the dinner and room dropped it overnight to all guests.
