The brief

To coordinate a gala dinner for 750 Jaguar Land Rover staff to celebrate their career milestones of 25 and 40 years of service. Hosted by the CEO and Board, the key objective was to ensure guests felt truly appreciated by the company.

Our approach

We transformed a large arena space into ‘A Night Among The Stars’. We devised a celestial-themed design aesthetic using lighting effects and awesome graphics. The huge venue was separated into intimate areas with natural trees and foliage. Following the drinks reception, speeches and dinner guests were wowed with a stunning reveal moment - a vintage funfair. The evening ended with a 12 piece band performing soul classics that ensured a packed dance floor of celebrating guests.
